Monday – Friday, 8:30 am – 6:45 pm.
If
emergencies occur after 6:45 pm or on a weekend
or holiday, call 410-769-7600 for service. Non
emergency service is also available by email.
Customer Service Representatives are trained to assist you with your requests.
Hendersen-Webb has a centralized customer service
center whereby residents can access service personnel
by phone or email. Our representatives will answer
questions regarding your lease, your rental payment
and/or to issue service requests.
Maintenance Team members are professional
and friendly. When our maintenance knocks on your
door, you will know who they are. They wear Hendersen-Webb
uniforms and have visible picture identification.
If they have to enter your apartment when you’re
not home, they will leave a note.
Preventative Maintenance is performed
regularly. We replace the furnace filter twice
every twelve months, and while we’re there,
we test the smoke detector.
