Rent Payment Options

For your convenience, there are several options available to pay your rent. Rent is due on the first of each month, in advance. CASH IS NOT ACCEPTED.

  • You can pay your rent through the automatic debit system. On the first of each month, your account will be automatically debited in the amount of your monthly rent. One roommate can pay the entire rent or each roommate can pay his/her share of the rent through the debit system. You can obtain a debit authorization form by emailing customer service or by calling 410-628-7700.
  • If the completed form is received by the 5th of the month, your rent will be automatically debited from your bank account on the first of the next month. If the completed form is received after the 5th of the month, the automatic debit will take place the first of the month following the next month.
  • You can mail your payment to the address indicated in the coupon payment booklet. Checks, money orders, cashier’s checks and certified checks are accepted. MasterCard, Visa and Discover payments are also accepted by mail, simply follow the directions on the back of each coupon.
  • You can pay your rent with a debit card in person. Please see the listings below for Payment Center locations and the days and hours of operation.
  • A Depository box is located at each payment center location listed below. It can be used to deposit: CURRENT MONTH’S RENT only. The depositories are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you wish to pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover, simply complete the back of the coupon as directed, place the coupon in an envelope and deposit your payment.

Cockeysville Payment Center

14 Hogarth Circle, Woodstream Community, Cockeysville, MD 21030

Dates of Operation for 2013: Jan 2, 4; February 1, 5; March 1, 5; April 1, 5; May 1, 3; June 3, 5; July 1, 5; August 1, 5; September 3, 5; October 1, 4; November 1, 5; December 2, 5.

Hours of Operation: 8:00 am – 4:00 pm on the dates listed above

Directions: I-695 to Exit 24 (I-83 North). Take I-83 to Exit 17 (Padonia Road). Bear right coming off the exit. Stay on Padonia Road for 2 ½ miles to Cranbrook Road (this is the sixth light). Make a left onto Cranbrook Road. Make a left at the first light (Rossbrooke Circle). Make the first right onto Hogarth Circle. Take the second left to 14 Hogarth Circle. You can recognize the payment center by the green awning above the payment window.

Essex Payment Center

1408 Browning Drive located in the Kings Mill Community, Essex, MD 21221

Dates of Operation for 2013: Jan 2, 4; February 1, 5; March 1, 5; April 1, 5; May 1, 3; June 3, 5; July 1, 5; August 1, 5; September 3, 5; October 1, 4; November 1, 5; December 2, 5.

Hours of Operation: 8:30 am – 12 pm and 1pm – 4 pm on the dates listed above

Directions: Enter Kings Mill from Middleborough Road and make an immediate right; proceed past the Townhomes to the first apartment building on the left. The payment center is located in the rear of 1408 Browning Drive. Please do not enter the apartment building; proceed to the location in the rear of the building that is covered by the green awning.

Glen Burnie Payment Center

405 Hideaway Loop, Hidden Woods Community, Glen Burnie, MD 21061

Hours of Operation: Thursdays 8:00am - 1:00pm

Directions: I-695 to Route 97 South. Proceed South to Exit 12, Business Route 3, Newcut Road. At the bottom of the ramp, turn left on Crain Highway and proceed to Hidden Brook Drive on the right. Turn right and go to the second driveway on the left. This will be Hideaway Loop. Turn left and go to 405 Hideaway Loop on the right. Please do not enter the apartment building; proceed to the location at the rear of the building that is covered by the green awning.

Loch Raven Payment Center

6809 Sturbridge Drive, Wellington Gate Community, Baltimore, MD 21234

Hours of Operation:

  • The first Tuesday and Thursday of each month - 8:30 am–12 pm; 1-4 pm
  • The remainder of the month on Tuesday – 8:30 am-1 pm
  • The remainder of the month on Thursdays – 12-4 pm

Directions: From I-695 take Loch Raven Boulevard Exit 29 South; turn left on East Northern Parkway. Turn left onto Laurelton Avenue. Turn left onto Sturbridge Drive. The payment center is located at the end of the building (facing Laurelton Avenue). This location can be recognized by the green awning.

Catonsville 24-Hour Depository Box Information

12 Rambling Oaks Way, White Oaks Community, Catonsville, MD 21228

Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Directions: Baltimore Beltway to Edmondson Avenue exit. East on Edmondson Avenue to left on Harlem Lane. Right on Rambling Oaks Way to building #12. Drop Box is located on exterior of building to the RIGHT of the door. (Make sure not to put your envelope in the U.S. Post Box).

Columbia 24-Hour Depository Box information

12114 Little Patuxent Parkway, The Bluffs at Clary's Forest Community, Columbia, MD 21044

Hours of Operation: 24 hours a day, 7 days a week

Directions: Take Route 29 to Broken Land Parkway West. Continue on Broken Land Parkway to Little Patuxent Parkway and turn left. Follow Little Patuxent Parkway and turn into the Bluffs at Clary's Forest. Follow the road around to building #12114 . The Drop Box is located on the exterior of the building to the RIGHT of the door.
